Introduction and Acceptance

Eligibility Requirements

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times).

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per member, household, IP address or device.
• After accepting a bonus, the original deposit may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Not all types of games may be played with bonus funds — certain games or categories may be excluded.
• If bonus fraud or misuse is suspected, l189 reserves the right to cancel the bonus immediately.

l189 has a five-tier VIP program for regular and loyal members: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier. Changes to VIP tier are determined at the Company's discretion.

Gameplay and Fair Use

All games on l189 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Every member is required to comply with the following:

• The use of any software tools, bots or automated systems during gameplay is prohibited.
• Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage ("collusion") is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game will be treated as fraud.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the outcome will be determined according to the server logs.
• If a reward paid out due to a technical error is incorrect, l189 reserves the right to correct it.

Prohibited Activities

If any of the above activities are detected, l189 reserves the right to close the account immediately, forfeit the balance and take legal action where applicable.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Required Documents

• National ID card (NID), passport or birth registration certificate.
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may remain on hold until KYC verification is completed. If the required documents are not provided in time, l189 reserves the right to close the account.

Account Suspension and Closure

l189 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

In the event of account closure, l189 will decide on the return of any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses and related winnings). Members may also request account closure at any time through the support team.
